A guy in Reno showed me his trick for freeing a rusted brake bleeder without snapping it
Stopped at a shop off Wells Ave in Reno last spring to grab a used caliper and the old guy behind the counter watched me fight a bleeder screw on my bench for 10 minutes. He walked over, cracked it loose in about 20 seconds, and just said heat is what snaps them, not torque. He cycles a propane torch on the caliper ear for a slow count of 20, then hits it with candle wax while it's still hot, and the screw spins right out. Tried it on 3 trucks since then and haven't snapped one yet, so what's your go-to when a bleeder is really stuck?
