Wasted $300 on a 'premium' leads group in Scottsdale

Joined this group called something like 'Executive Connect' that promised hot leads for my landscaping biz. First meeting was just a sales pitch for their upsells, and after 3 months I got maybe 2 lowball leads that went nowhere. The guy running it kept pushing his 'mastermind' program for another $500. Has anyone actually found a leads group in the East Valley that works for small contractors or is it all just hype for selling you more stuff?

Yeah, that's the one alright. I've watched a few of his videos and I can't get past the feeling he's selling a lifestyle more than a real system. @olivia_bailey you nailed it with the expensive boots thing, that's exactly the vibe.
