Homeowner in Tacoma told me topping her cedar was "just a haircut," then threatened to call my boss
I spent 20 minutes explaining why cutting 8 feet off the top would rot the trunk, and she said her last guy did it for $150 and the tree "loved it." How do you all handle folks who won't hear the word no?
