Spent 3 hours chasing a phantom leak on a Whirlpool washer.
Turned out it was just a cracked drain hose where it bends behind the machine, took me forever because I kept checking the pump and seals first.

Man, my buddy spent two whole days on the same thing. Drove him nuts.

Ugh, I did the exact same thing last year with my old Maytag. Kept taking the front panel off and checking the pump like three times before I finally saw a tiny slit on the hose behind the machine. It was barely dripping so I missed it for an hour.
