Picked subbed over dubbed for my latest rewatch of Cowboy Bebop
I've seen the dub like 5 times already since it's so iconic with Steve Blum and all that. But this time I forced myself to try the original Japanese with subs because I kept hearing people say it hits different. Honestly the pacing of the dialogue feels more natural, especially in the quieter episodes like Ballad of Fallen Angels. The downside is I can't look away to check my phone every 5 minutes or I miss something. Has anyone else made the switch and actually stuck with it?

Yeah subbed Bebop hits different. Get a phone stand so you can still zone out.

Yeah totally, @the_logan is right about the phone stand, I always miss stuff when I look away from subs.
