I was dead set against meal prepping until a Sunday afternoon in my tiny kitchen changed my mind
I used to think meal prepping was for influencers with matching containers and too much time. But after 3 straight weeks of spending $45 on sad office salads, I finally caved. I tried just cooking double portions of dinner on Sunday, nothing fancy. Now I grab a container from the fridge each morning and save like 20 minutes plus the lunch money. Has anyone else found a super simple entry point that got them hooked?

Double portions on Sunday is exactly how I started too, I just made a bit extra of whatever I was already cooking for dinner. One thing that really helped me was getting a set of glass containers instead of plastic, the glass ones don't stain or hold smells from things like chili or curry. After a few weeks I started planning one extra meal on Sunday like a big batch of pasta salad or some chicken thighs with rice, that covered me for like 3 lunches easy.
